Going to do a lot more baking with the chocolate chips I have. It’s the forth so I am going to be baking some chocolate chip cookies. Some shortbread cookies, coffee cookies and pumpkin bread. I know it’s not Fall. Yet there is something comforting about the smell of cinnamon and other spices in the air. Happy forth of July everyone.
